Business Process Support

Role Profile

Our dynamic and enthusiastic Business Operations team has a great passion in supporting our company with advanced, high quality business process systems. Every day, we are committed to making sure that our worldwide colleagues can execute their daily tasks in offering our customers the best experience and service.

In the role of business process support you are a part of this team, and you are responsible for providing business and operational support to over 200 colleagues worldwide for both the daily issues and the new process developments.

You have a passion for continuous process optimization and execute ad hoc analyses related to the maintenance and integrity of data in the ERP system (SAP). You understand the importance of making sure your colleagues worldwide benefit of a high system uptime and you feel energized when delivering a positive user experience. We believe a young professional with exceptionally strong analytical and service-oriented skills will excel in this role.

You will start with an in-depth on-boarding training period, where you will quickly gain knowledge of our business processes and how these are translated into our ERP system. You will get sufficient
opportunity for hands ‘on exercises and develop your practical experience. Your team members will support you to grow in your role. As Business Process Support colleague your broad activities allow you to become an expert in your field:

  • 1st level: daily support to the business processes within our ERP
  • 2nd level: investigate and design changes to existing processes to better fit the users’ needs
  • 3rd level: support complex new functional design projects, including design, testing, and implementation

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all 16 LC Packaging offices in Europe and Africa, for the SAP modules SD,WM,MM and PP
  • Be first point of contact for all users
  • Ensure support request tickets are effectively and timely solved
  • Give clear explanations to (new) users and conduct effective user training sessions
  • Regularly travel to the different the offices to provide local support and to gain insight in the local user experience
  • Monitor and register all related IT documentation, including manuals and training presentations.
  • Ensure the data within SAP modules SD, MM, WM and PP is accurate; the Business Process Support is responsible for training end users avoid unnecessary SAP data cleaning. Use your experience to develop and implement automatic data cleaning to ensure the quality of our system
  • Support the business regarding the integration with SAP; support new developments implementation, as agreed with the Business Operations Manager and Marketing Manager.

Knowledge & Experience

  • HBO or University degree in the field of IT, Business Administration and/or Logistics
  • Knowledge of SAP SD/MM, SAP PP and SAP WM module is a preferred
  • Experience in training and coaching
  • Excellent knowledge of English language in both wording and writing
